Refunds/Exchange

All refunds/exchanges need to be back with us within 14 days after the item is received. If it is outside this timeframe unfortunately we will be unable to issue an exchange or refund. Please note that we do not accept refund/exchanges for change of mind or user error when ordering please take care when making your order. An exchange will be available when an item does not fit correctly and needs to be exchanged for another size. We do not exchange for a different style. Store credit will be available if a refund has been accepted. Please contact us to discuss if you have an issue with your order. info@ivyandstone.co.nz. There will be no refunds/exchanges available for any custom order please take care when choosing your sizes.

Please note that sale items will not be accepted for a refund. 
If you send a marked down item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. If you have questions, please contact info@ivyandstone.co.nz before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you have received an item that is faulty we will happily provide you with a replacement for this product. Please contact us to arrange posting us back this item and we will issue you a replacement.

Please note that Ivy and Stone is not responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not liable for the package if it is to go missing.
